Kirtans at Triyoga
I'm delighted to be sharing Kirtans at Triyoga, Primrose Hill at the generous invitation of Nikki Slade - www.freetheinnervoice.com - on the following dates:

Kirtan means to celebrate, say, sing, participate- it is an invitation to participate in the symphony of life, to share and contribute your unique voice gloriously. By means of singing simple sacred songs we can enter into a powerful, creative state of meditation which steadys the mind, stills the senses and settles the emotions. I include chant and mantra from all traditions and close each session with a sound bath.

Summer Surrender - Offering up & letting go
This Kirtan, held in
the waning moon will be an act of sweet surrender to the wave of
spirited song as it swells up from within.
We will share chant
from many different traditions together, accessing the love and creative
energy that comes from letting go.
We will also look towards birthing afresh on the Leo New Moon on the 10th August.

Summer Celebration - Gratitude and Gathering - Harvest Kirtan
This uplifting Kirtan will allow us to gather together in song and harvest all that summer has been for us.
As we ripen under the swelling moon we can offer up our thanks and dream what is to come.
